I have a unique opportunity to see behind the scenes as a family is early in the process of adjusting to include another life in their home. Throughout the years, I’ve gotten to witness dads rocking and speaking softly to comfort their fussy newborns. I hear about the mom’s incredible labor and delivery story and am reminded each time of how strong and beautiful motherhood is, especially in the beginning when it’s brand new. I’m able to enter in to the postpartum survival mode and capture fleeting memories they will look back on for years to come, and for that I am grateful. Here is a family I met this weekend with their sweet baby boy!
